Willem Stegger

Willem is an experienced business leader with operational expertise in all facets of building a business. Now, he is looking to lead a successful small business through its next phase of growth. Prior to founding Sunbird Equity, he spent nearly a decade at 3M working in a variety of roles including business leadership, sales, marketing and strategy. Most recently, he was responsible for a multi-million dollar P&L with team members and manufacturing facilities across three continents. Willem holds an MBA from Harvard Business School and an economics degree from Davidson College in North Carolina. At Davidson, he was a scholarship Division I swimmer and served on the student honor council.
